William C. Brown

 William C. Brown

Bill has a quarter-century of experience counseling clients in the areas of business, tax, retirement planning, deferred compensation, estate planning, and other aspects of financial legal matters. He has practiced in those areas with the firm for the past two decades. He represents a diverse clientele, including manufacturing companies, software developers, other high-tech firms, tax exempt organizations, other professionals, and individuals. He serves as a board member on several of his client's boards of directors. He received his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Iowa, where he served on the editorial board of the Iowa Law Review. He also received his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Iowa, where he also earned inclusion in Phi Beta Kappa. Mr. Brown has been active in many civic organizations, including the Omaha Children's Museum, The Omaha Jaycees, The Cathedral Arts Project, The Mediation Network Association, and the Midlands Elder Care Network.
